While some brands may “offer” 0% APR usually the terms are for 24-36 months and they know that very few consumers actually take loans for 2-3 years. If someone wants a 60 or 72 month term the APR cranks up. This allows a brand to advertise a 0% offering even though most people can’t take advantage of it. 

That’s tough because it’s really hard to determine or predict remaning battery life right now. I guess look for stuff that is in relatively good shape and from a legit seller.

The second part about depreciaton, these don’t hold value quite as well as the Hondas and Toyotas so you can get newer ones with lower miles compared to those cars at similar price points

No because the only person pumping your cass is the paid attendant, so you won’t have scammers walking up to old ladys pumping their own gas to try to pull this trick.
